Arrival & Departure Transfers:
Complimentary airport transfers are provided only on the first and last day of the tour.
Pre/Post-Tour Accommodation Transfers:
If you’ve booked additional nights through Bucket List Egypt, complimentary transfers may be available. To qualify, bookings must be completed at least 7 days before departure. Any accommodation booked after this deadline will not be eligible for complimentary transfers.
Private Transfers:
“Private Transfers” refer to transportation exclusive to your tour group and may be shared with other guests arriving within a 30-minute flight window.
Flight Information Requirement:
International flight details must be submitted to Bucket List Egypt at least 60 days prior to departure to ensure airport transfers can be arranged. Please refer to your Destination Guide for airport pickup and drop-off details.

Grand Egyptian Museum:
The museum is scheduled to open in mid-2025, but this is subject to change. If it is not open during your visit, your itinerary will include a tour of the Egyptian Museum Cairo (EMC) instead.
Tipping:
Tipping is customary and considered mandatory in Egypt. While not included in the base tour, prepaid tipping is available for the standard itinerary. Please note it does not apply to Sharm El Sheikh extensions.
Itinerary Changes:
Due to local conditions and navigational restrictions, the sequence of your itinerary may change; however, all planned visits will be honored. Please monitor your ‘My Escapes’ account for the most up-to-date itinerary details.
Nile River Cruise Details:
Nile cruise vessel and itinerary order are subject to change based on your tour departure date.
- Tuesday Arrivals: 3 nights in Cairo, 4 nights on the Nile cruise, and 1 final night in Cairo.
- Friday Arrivals: 2 nights in Cairo, 4 nights on the Nile cruise, and 2 final nights in Cairo.
  Full cruise details will be provided ahead of departure.

Amendments & Cancellations

Non-Refundable Payments
All deposits, service fees, and payments are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases and at the sole discretion of Luxury Escapes Tours, a cancellation for credit may be permitted. If approved, a non-refundable service fee of A$300 per person will apply in addition to existing payment terms.

Changes are not permitted after the final payment due date.

Itinerary Amendments

Itineraries may be updated prior to departure due to weather, seasonal conditions, public holidays, transportation changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of changes affecting flights or other booked travel components, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Any resulting cancellation or change fees for flights or accommodations will be your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued less any costs incurred or paid to third parties on your behalf.

Surcharges

After booking, your tour cost may be subject to surcharges due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Currency fluctuations
- Increases in taxes, airfares, or fuel surcharges
- Government-imposed health or safety regulations
A material increase is defined as an increase exceeding 10% of the total package price.
Bucket List Egypt reserves the right to adjust prices for marketing or commercial purposes.

Pre-Trip Recommendations

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all tours. Your policy must include coverage for medical expenses and repatriation. Proof of insurance is required prior to departure. Without it, you may not be permitted to join the tour.
If you are unable to obtain insurance, a signed waiver and/or a letter from a medical practitioner confirming fitness for travel may be required.

Traveler Details

Full traveler details are required for each guest, including disclosure of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.

Passport information must be submitted for all bookings. A digital copy of your passport may be requested at least 90 days before departure.

Your tour begins and ends at Cairo International Airport (CAI).
For travelers adding extensions or optional add-ons, your itinerary will also conclude at Cairo International Airport (CAI) following any included domestic return flights.

Note: All Bucket List Egypt tours begin on Tuesdays, with arrival into Cairo on Day 1.

International Flights

Roundtrip international flights are not included in your package and must be arranged separately.

Flight Timing Guidance

We recommend coordinating your flight to arrive in Cairo on Tuesday (Day 1), aligning with the official start of your tour.
For guests who have booked extensions or add-ons that include a return domestic flight to Cairo at the end of the itinerary, please ensure your departure flight from Cairo is scheduled for after 12:00 PM on your final day.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to align flight plans with the itinerary. Consider international transit times and connections.
