Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all tours. Your policy must include coverage for medical expenses and repatriation. Proof of insurance is required prior to departure. Without it, you may not be permitted to join the tour.
If you are unable to obtain insurance, a signed waiver and/or a letter from a medical practitioner confirming fitness for travel may be required.

Passports & Visas

• You are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, entry documentation, and meeting health requirements for each country on your itinerary.

• A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date is required for all travelers, including children and infants.

• Non-citizens may require a valid re-entry visa for their country of residence.

• Bucket List Egypt is not responsible for visa/passport issues or losses resulting from failure to comply with entry requirements.

Traveler Details

• Full traveler details are required for each guest, including disclosure of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.

• While we strive to accommodate dietary and accessibility needs, availability may vary based on local circumstances.

• Passport information must be submitted for all bookings. A digital copy of your passport may be requested at least 90 days before departure.
  Failure to provide this may result in cancellation without refund.

• Moderate: Balanced touring with moderate walking and travel.

• Active: Fast-paced itinerary with physical activities—best for high energy travelers.

• Fully Guided: A dedicated tour director and driver accompany you throughout.

• Partially Guided: Guided tours on select days, independent travel in between.

• Self-Guided: Accommodations and transport arranged; explore independently with detailed instructions.

Health & Fitness Acknowledgement

Travelers should be in good health and able to meet the physical demands of the trip.
Bucket List Egypt cannot guarantee accommodations for limitations, and is not liable for issues arising from travelers’ inability to participate fully in the itinerary.

Baggage Guidelines

Standard baggage restrictions apply. Weight and size limits may vary by domestic airline. Refer to your travel documents for detailed requirements.

Optional Experiences

• Reservations must be made 30–120 days before departure, depending on the activity.

• Activities are subject to change due to weather, seasonality, or logistics.

• Optional tours are non-refundable within 60 days of departure, unless cancelled by the operator.

• Tours involving flights are subject to availability and additional cost.
